New Dual Key Teach with Electronic Key Option
The Dual Key Teach method of training a barcode or vision camera inspection system consists of two unique keys being inserted or turned to activate a teach function within a specified timeframe of each other. These keys can either be mechanical keys or electronically encrypted keys. If the two keys are not activated within the programmed time period or are the incorrect keys, the teach function will not activate.
An individual worker may only be issued one key creating the need for two workers to both agree that the new barcode or product being taught to the scanner or camera is in fact the correct one.
