Barcode Verification
Our automatic identification products can streamline the flow of packages in a conveyor system, parts in an automated assembly line, and track operators for increased accountability. Call us to have an engineer help solve your application.
Control Reliable Inspection System ANSI Grader (CRIS 20/20 ANSI)
The CRIS 20/20 ANSI Grader does everything that the standard CRIS 20/20 does. In addition, it uses a bar code verifier head to give an ANSI grade to the barcode. Thus, packages or cases with illegible barcodes will be prevented from getting into the hands of end users.

Control Reliable Inspection System Go / No-Go (CRIS 20/20)
The CRIS 20/20 uses a bar code scanner to read the bar code on the packages and verify that the package is the correct one. It is also available with an inductive key system, which prevents unauthorized operators from teaching a bar code.

Barcode Scanners
Our bar code scanners make data acquisition more efficient in any application: a single fixed mount scanner for reading in a manifest id, a hand-held scanner to scan an operator id into a machine, or an omni-directional system that can read a shipping code, on the fly, in any orientation, on any side of a case; we have the expertise to recommend and implement an efficient, economical solution.

Barcode Verification Systems
Our Control Reliable Verification Systems were designed based on insights from packaging and system engineers from leading companies, who had the need for a reliable and accurate system for the verifcation and inspection of the packaging of their products. By control reliable, we mean that should any single component fail, the system will issue a shut-down signal. The CRIS sends out a shut-down signal on each cycle and assumes a fault condition unless otherwise overridden by a positive match signal from the barcode scanner or vision sensor.
